Our Story

 Debbie Thompson is an Autonomous Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of experience  Including cardiac, family medicine, surgery (OR and recovery) integrative, functional and aesthetics medicine.  

With traditional healthcare failing, Debbie opened her practice to help all the needs and concerns of her patients. Offering traditional medicine with integrative/functional medicine offers the best of all modalities to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. 

Debbie enjoys time with her family-husband Mike, their kids and their furry rescues, Sadie and Rocky.  Debbie loves the beach, being outside, spending time with family and friends and traveling.  TransforMed Wellness opened with aesthetics but quickly changed to add integrative medicine. Debbie felt that the traditional health care system was keeping people sick as opposed to helping them. She knew there were other ways to help people with their common, frequent complaints, such as brain fog, weight gain and fatigue. TransforMed Wellness gets  to the root cause of symptoms, not prescribing medications.
